WA Wine Regions
There are nine WA wine regions concentrated in the southwest of the state. The wine regions of Western Australia are: the Swan District and Perth Hills, (near the state capital Perth) Peel, Geographe, Blackwood Valley, Pemberton, Manjimup, Margaret River and Great Southern.
- Blackwood Valley
- Geographe
- Great Southern
- Manjimup
- Margaret River

- Pemberton
- Perth Hills
- Swan District
WA sub regions include Swan District: Swan Valley; Great Southern: Albany, Denmark, Frankland, Mount Barker and Porongurup.
WA wine regions are such popular tourism destinations because of the great synergy with West Australian lifestyle: clean and fresh climate, wildlife walks, surfing holidays down south, camping wood fires, BBQ’s on the beach, sightseeing, hills, valleys and remarkable coastline – all which are complemented by WA regional premium food and wine experiences.
